摘要
通过对《北京宪章》的学习及对古建保护的认识 ,从硬 (对古建实体的科学认证 )软 (强调人的主观特性 )保护的两个层面进行分析 ,提出运用现代技术和新的思维方式 。
By learning Beijing Chapter this article presents a new idea to protect historical building and environment by using modern technology, which can keep sustainable development.
