基于“脾-线粒体”相关从脾论治慢性疲劳综合征 被引量:9

Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from Spleen Based on the “Spleen-mitochondria” Correlation Theory

摘要 慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)属于中医学“虚劳”范畴,脾为“气血生化之源”“后天之本”,故脾虚是CFS的关键病机。现代医学认为线粒体功能障碍是导致慢性疲劳综合征的关键因素,涉及氧化磷酸化途径受损、氧化应激激活、免疫炎症异常等多个病理机制。早在20世纪80年代就有学者提出“脾-线粒体相关”理论,二者作为人体能量枢纽,在CFS患者的发病中紧密相关,涉及骨骼肌代谢、免疫炎症反应等损害机制。健脾类中医疗法可以改善CFS患者的症状,提高其生命质量。该研究基于“脾-线粒体”相关论系统阐述从脾论治CFS的中西医理论依据,揭示CFS“脾虚”病机的科学内涵,为中医治疗CFS患者提供客观的理论支持。 Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) falls under the category of “consumptive disease” in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The spleen is regarded as the “source of qi and blood production” and the “acquired foundation”,making spleen deficiency a key pathogenesis of CFS in TCM theory.In modern medicine,mitochondrial dysfunction is considered a critical factor in the development of CFS,involving impaired oxidative phosphorylation,activated oxidative stress,and abnormal immune-inflammatory responses.As early as the 1980s,scholars proposed the “spleen-mitochondria” correlation theory,suggesting a close relationship between the two energy centers of the human body in the pathogenesis of CFS.This relationship involves damage mechanisms such as skeletal muscle metabolism disorders and immune-inflammatory responses.Spleen-strengthening TCM therapies can alleviate symptoms in CFS patients and improve their quality of life.Based on the “spleen-mitochondria” correlation theory,this study systematically elucidates the theoretical basis of treating CFS from the spleen in TCM and Western medicine,and reveals the scientific connotation of the “spleen deficiency” mechanism in CFS,providing objective theoretical support for TCM treatment of CFS.
