摘要
目的:探讨扶正辟邪方对动物模型的解热、抗炎、镇痛、改善微循环作用,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法:利用酵母、脂多糖(LPS)诱导大鼠和家兔体温升高模型,观察其解热作用;采用LPS致大鼠急性肺损伤、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀及醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高模型,评价扶正辟邪的抗炎作用;利用热板法致小鼠疼痛、醋酸致小鼠扭体,评价扶正辟邪方的镇痛作用;采用角叉菜胶诱导小鼠尾部血栓,评价扶正辟邪方改善微循环的作用。结果:扶正辟邪方2.8 g/kg可显著降低酵母发热大鼠体温,抑制LPS致家兔体温升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。扶正辟邪方2.8 g/kg、5.6 g/kg可使LPS大鼠肺指数明显降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。扶正辟邪方可显著抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高,并对醋酸致小鼠扭体、热板法小鼠具有一定的镇痛作用,并可显著减轻角叉菜胶诱导小鼠尾部血栓形成,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正辟邪方有明显的解热、抗炎、镇痛以及改善微循环的作用。
Objective:To investigate the antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and microcirculation-improving effects of the Fuzheng Bixie Formula in animal models,and to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods:Fever models were established in rats and rabbits using yeast and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) to evaluate the antipyretic effects.The anti-inflammatory effects were assessed using LPS-induced acute lung injury in rats,carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats,and acetic acid-induced increased capillary permeability in mice.Analgesic effects were evaluated using the hot plate test and acetic acid-induced writhing in mice.The effect on microcirculation was evaluated using a carrageenan-induced tail thrombosis model in mice.Results:The Fuzheng Bixie Formula at 2.8 g/kg significantly reduced yeast-induced fever in rats and inhibited LPS-induced fever in rabbits,with statistically significant differences compared to the model group(P<0.05).At doses of 2.8 g/kg and 5.6 g/kg,the formula significantly reduced lung index in LPS-induced lung injury in rats,with statistically significant differences compared to the model group(P<0.05).It also significantly inhibited carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats and acetic acid-induced capillary permeability in mice.Furthermore,the formula demonstrated analgesic effects in both the hot plate and acetic acid-induced writhing tests in mice and significantly reduced tail thrombosis in the carrageenan-induced mouse model,with statistically significant differences compared to the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Bixie Formula exhibits significant antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and microcirculation-improving effects.
