摘要
目的 观察自产复方田七软膏在动物实验中的疗效。方法 设计软组织挫伤打击器对小白鼠造成人为挫伤的动物实验 ,分 2期通过外表和组织学观察复方田七跌打软膏的消肿、止痛、去瘀的效果。结果 复方田七软膏组的评分较樟脑组和对照组低 ,显示其疗效明显优于其他 2组。结论 复方田七软膏具有明显消肿止痛、活血化瘀作用。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of ointment of Tianqi medicine made of some ingredients oneself in zoic experiment.Methods The artificial zoic experiment was designed with attacking little white mouse with soft tissue injurer, then the functions of disappearing the swelling, stopping the pain and eliminating the silt of the ointment of Tianqi made of some ingredents were observed through the appearance and histology medicine in two periods.Result The score of the ointment of Tianqi medicine made of some ingredients group was lower than that in camphor group and contrast group, which showed that its curative effect was obviously superior to the other two groups.Conclusion Ointment of Tianqi medicine made of some ingredients has the effect of disappearance the swelling, stopping the pain and eliminating the silt.
