摘要
为研究新型鸭正呼肠孤病毒(Novel duck orthoreovirus,N-DRV)在山东中部地区的流行分布与病原突变情况,试验在山东中部地区肉鸭养殖场收集疑似感染N-DRV的232份肉鸭内脏样品,进行病原分离鉴定和流行病学调查。结果显示:样品总阳性率为47.7%;共分离到26株N-DRV分离株,分离株间σC基因序列同源性较高,核苷酸相似性为97.8%~99.7%,氨基酸相似性为99.4%~100%;肉鸭多发病于1~2周龄,病程5~7 d,死亡率1%~5%;地面平养模式N-DRV检出率最高,达到58.9%;笼养密闭模式检出率最低,仅为20%;在夏秋季节,N-DRV感染率相对较高,占全年发病率的60.9%。研究提示:N-DRV在山东中部地区的肉鸭养殖场中普遍存在,感染率与养殖方式、季节、日龄等因素有关,需要加强对呼肠孤病毒的监测和防控,并制定合理的防控策略,以降低呼肠孤病毒在肉鸭养殖中的危害。
In order to study the epidemic distribution and pathogenic mutation of novel duck orthoreovirus(N-DRV)in the central region of Shandong province,232 samples of meat ducks suspected to be infected with N-DRV were collected from meat duck farms in the central region of Shandong province for pathogen isolation and epidemiological investigation.The results showed that the total positive rate of the samples was 47.7%.The 26 isolates of N-DRV were identified.The comparative analysis ofσC gene showed that the homology among 26 isolates was high,the nucleotide homology was 97.8%-99.7%,and the amino acid homology was 99.4%-100%.Meat ducks were prone to disease at 1-2 weeks of age,most of which were around 5-7 days,the mortality rate was 1%-5%.The detection rate of N-DRV was the highest in the simple shed of the ground mode,reaching 58.9%.The detection rate of cage closed mode was the lowest,only 20%.In summer and autumn,the infection rate of N-DRV was relatively high,accounting for 60.9% of the annual incidence.The results indicated that N-DRV was widespread in meat duck farms in the central region of Shandong province,the infection rate was related to breeding method,season,age and other factors,and it should strengthen the monitoring,prevention and control of reovirus,and develop reasonable prevention and control strategy to reduce the harm of reovirus in meat duck breeding.
