摘要
为了解我国部分地区规模化鸭场中病毒性疫病的流行与共感染情况,本试验对我国部分地区鸭常见病毒性疫病进行了检测。对2016年采自山东、河北、江西、内蒙古、广西、江苏等省份共计302份鸭的样品进行H9N2亚型禽流感病毒、坦布苏病毒、腺病毒、呼肠孤病毒、新型鹅细小病毒、鸭副黏病毒、鸭圆环病毒的PCR检测,结果7种病毒阳性率分别为28.8%,37.1%,26.1%,22.8%,31.1%,9.9%,20.2%。病毒共感染检测结果显示:多种病毒共感染,尤其是二重感染在鸭群中非常普遍,其中85份样品表现为单一感染,占样品总数的28.3%;97份样品表现为二重混合感染,占样品总数的32.3%;67份样品表现为三重混合感染,占22.0%;四重感染样品共计16份,占5.4%;未感染样品数为37份,占12.3%。商品肉鸭及种鸭的病原检测结果显示:商品肉鸭的感染率高达90.0%,而种鸭的感染率为85.3%。不同季节鸭群的病原检测结果显示:冬春季节检出率较高,达90.2%,而夏秋季节检出率为81.4%。结果表明,多种病毒病的共感染是当前我国规模化养鸭场疫病的主要流行形式,是造成我国规模化鸭场疫病防控复杂化的主要原因之一。
In order to understand the co-infection in large scale duck farms,the epidemiology investigation of duck viral diseases was carried out. 302 samples of ducks viral diseases were collected as epidemic materials from Shandong, Hebei,Inner Mongolia, Guangxi,Jiangxi and Jiangsu province in 2016. The positive rates of HgN2-AIV, DTMUV, FAV, DRV, N GPV, NDV, and DuCV were 28.8%,37.1%,26. 1%,22.8%,31. 1%,9. 9%,and 20.2%o respectively,detecting by PCR. And the co-infection of different viruses, especially double infection was very prevalent. 85 out of 302 samples (28. 3%) revealed single infection; 97 samples (32.3%) displayed double infections; 67 samples (22.0%) expressed triple infection. Furthermore, there were 16 samples show four-fold infection, holding 5.4 %, and the number of negative samples was 37, accounting for 12.3 % . Tests results of meat and breed ducks showed meat ducks are vulnerable to viral pathogens,and detection rate was 90.0% ;detection rate of pathogens was 90.2% in spring and winter,which was higherthan summer and autumn. In conclusion,co-infection plays an important role in viral epidemic.
