我国化工产业绿色发展效率的时空特征与动力机制研究 被引量:4

Research on the Spatiotemporal Characteristics and Dynamic Mechanism of Green Development Efficiency in China's Chemical Industry

摘要 采用超效率SBM模型测算2011—2022年我国化工产业绿色发展效率,分别使用Dagum基尼系数及其分解、马尔科夫链分析及空间收敛模型研究其区域差异来源、时空转移特征、收敛特征,并通过空间杜宾模型探究其动力机制。结果表明:第一,样本期内我国化工产业绿色发展效率整体呈先上升后下降再上升趋势,现阶段化工产业减排任务依然较重,但呈现改善态势;第二,我国化工产业绿色发展水平具有显著空间差异,这与各地区不同的政策条件、发展阶段和资源禀赋等有关;第三,各省份化工产业绿色发展效率维持原有类型的稳定性较强,存在向低水平和高水平“俱乐部收敛”的可能性,且绿色发展效率变化具有空间溢出效应,以中高水平类型区域对周边地区效率提升的促进作用最为显著;第四,各地区均表现为绝对β收敛和条件β收敛,存在绿色收敛效应,且条件收敛追赶速度更快;第五,整体上经济发展和技术创新有利于化工产业绿色发展效率提升,而环境规制呈现先抑制后促进的转型效应,城镇化、对外开放现阶段则存在负面影响。 The super efficiency SBM model is used to calculate the green development efficiency of China's chemical industry from 2011 to 2022.The Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition,Markov chain analysis,and spatial convergence model are used to study the sources of regional differences,spatiotemporal transfer characteristics,and convergence characteristics.The spatial Durbin model is used to explore its dynamic mechanism.The results indicate that,firstly,during the sample period,the overall efficiency of green development in China's chemical industry showed an upward trend,followed by a downward trend and then an upward trend.At present,the emission reduction task in the chemical industry is still relatively heavy,but shows an improvement trend.Secondly,there are significant spatial differences in the green development level of China's chemical industry,which are related to different policy conditions,development stages,and resource endowments in various regions.Thirdly,the green development efficiency of the chemical industry in each province maintains a strong stability of the original type,and there is a possibility of convergence towards low-level and high-level"clubs".The changes in green development efficiency have spatial spillover effects,among which the promotion effect of medium to high-level regions on the efficiency improvement of surrounding areas is the most significant.Fourthly,all regions exhibit absoluteβconvergence and conditionalβconvergence,with a green convergence effect and faster conditional catch-up speed.Fifth,overall economic development and technological innovation are conducive to improving the efficiency of green development in the chemical industry,while environmental regulations show a transitional effect of first inhibiting and then promoting,while urbanization and opening up to the outside world currently have negative impacts.
