摘要
系统分析"资源—环境—社会—经济"复合系统的结构和功能,构建资源环境承载力普适性评价指标体系;依据集对分析理论中的对立度,识别影响资源环境承载力的瓶颈因子,结合瓶颈因子出现频次确定资源环境承载力针对性评价指标体系。实例显示,针对泉州市资源环境承载力评价的指标体系为:人口密度、人均水资源量、人均耕地面积、水土协调度、水环境纳污能力、环境用水率、城市化水平、人均GDP。
The structure and function of resources-environmental-social-economic complex system were analyzed first.Then universal assessment indexes system for resources and environmental carrying capability is established.Then,the paper identifies bottleneck elements which affect carrying capability by opposition degree which belongs to set pair analysis.And combining with the frequency of each bottleneck elements,we can get target indexes that is appropriate to the situation of resources and environment in the evaluation area. The example shows that the target evaluation indexes of resources and environment carrying capability in Quanzhou include population density,water resources per capita,arable land per capita,coordination degree of land and water,permitted assimilative capacity, environment water use rate,urbanization level,and GDP per capita.
