摘要
以2014-2024年我国上市能源公司的数据作为研究样本,实证检验了人力资源管理数字化对能源企业全要素生产率的影响、知识转移和管理效率在其中的中介效应作用、企业规模的门槛效应作用,并进行了相关稳健性和异质性检验。研究发现:第一,人力资源管理数字化对于能源企业全要素生产率的提升具有显著的促进作用;第二,知识转移和管理效率在其中起到部分中介作用;第三,适度的企业规模能够降低阻碍能源企业全要素生产率提升的门槛,并增强人力资源管理数字化对能源企业全要素生产率的提升效果;第四,相较于低股权集中度和高融资约束企业,人力资源管理数字化对于高股权集中度和低融资约束的能源企业全要素生产率提升具有更强的促进作用。
Taking the data of listed energy companies in China from 2014 to 2024 as the research sample,this paper empirically examines the impact of digitalization of human resource management on the total factor productivity of energy enterprises,the mediating effect of knowledge transfer and management efficiency therein,and the threshold effect of enterprise scale,and conducts relevant robustness and heterogeneity tests.The research finds that:(1)Digitalization of human resource management has a significant promoting effect on the improvement of total factor productivity in energy enterprises;(2)Knowledge transfer and management efficiency play a partial mediating role in it;(3)A moderate enterprise scale can lower the threshold that hinders the improvement of total factor productivity in energy enterprises and enhance the effect of digitalization of human resource management on the improvement of total factor productivity in energy enterprises.(4)Compared with enterprises with low equity concentration and high financing constraints,digitalization of human resource management has a stronger promoting effect on the improvement of total factor productivity in energy enterprises with high equity concentration and low financing constraints.
