摘要
国内多数苯乙烯装置都出现过装置腐蚀问题。苯乙烯装置使原料乙苯完成配汽、蒸发和过热,然后同来自蒸汽过热炉的高温过热水蒸汽混合,获取热量,升到反应温度,进入反应器催化剂床层,在负压和绝热条件下,发生脱氢反应所形成的蒸汽凝液与脱氢反应生成的二氧化碳融合,形成碳酸,造成装置腐蚀。现通过对装置现场连续生产装置进行跟踪,结合国内同类型装置的腐蚀问题进行分析总结。
Most of the domestic styrene devices have appeared device corrosion problems.The styrene device enables the raw material ethyl benzene to complete steam distribution,evaporation and overheating,and then mix with the high temperature overheated water steam from the steam superheating furnace,Get the heat,rise to the reaction temperature,enter the reactor catalyst bed,the steam condensate formed by the dehydrogenation reaction under the negative pressure and adiabatic conditions and the carbon dioxide generated by the dehydrogenation reaction fusion,Form carbonic acid,causing corrosion of the device.Track the continuous production device on the site,and the corrosion problem of the same type of device in China is analyzed and summarized.
