摘要
化工生产的过程中,化工工厂一直面临着化工装置易被腐蚀这一大难题。化工设备一旦被腐蚀,不仅生产效率会大大降低,设备的使用寿命也会严重缩短。情况严重的,甚至会导致设备爆炸和危及工作人员的生命安全。所以探索化工装置在生产中的腐蚀原因并制定合理有效的防御措施,对化工装置在生产运作中正常高效的运转具有重大意义。本文主要化工装置腐蚀机制与防范措施进行分析。
In the process of chemical production,chemical factories have always faced the major problem of chemical equipment being prone to corrosion.Once chemical equipment is corroded,not only will production efficiency be greatly reduced,but the service life of the equipment will also be severely shortened.In severe cases,it may even lead to equipment explosions and endanger the safety of workers.Therefore,exploring the causes of corrosion in chemical plants during production and developing reasonable and effective defense measures is of great significance for the normal and efficient operation of chemical plants in production.This article mainly analyzes the corrosion mechanism and preventive measures of chemical equipment.
