选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂制备及其在乙烯装置的工业应用

摘要 通过改进传统蜂窝式选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂配方及制备工艺,开发了高孔数整体式蜂窝状SCR脱硝催化剂,并对某石化企业新建60万t/a乙烯装置的裂解炉烟气进行工业应用。结果表明:蜂窝状SCR脱硝催化剂的径向抗压强度为1.37 MPa,轴向抗压强度为2.50 MPa,微观比表面积为55.95 m^(2)/g,均优于GB 31587—2015的指标要求;在正常、烧焦、热备等3种不同工况下,裂解炉烟气经催化剂床层后,NO_(x)出口质量浓度均能稳定在20~50 mg/m^(3);经过3 a的长周期运行,NO_(x)出口质量浓度稳定在50 mg/m^(3)以下,氨逃逸值稳定低于2.5μL/L。 By improving formula and preparation process for the traditional cellular catalyst of selective catalytic reduction(SCR),a high-porosity monolithic cellular SCR denitration catalyst was developed and applied to the flue gas of a newly built 0.6 Mt/a ethylene cracking plant in a petrochemical enterprise.The results showed that the radial and axial compressive strength as well as the microscopic specific surface area of the catalyst were 1.37 MPa,2.50 MPa,55.95 m^(2)/g,respectively.Those all were superior to the requirements of GB 31587-2015.Under three different operating conditions of normal and burnt and hot standby,the NO_(x) exit mass concentration in the flue gas after passing through the catalyst bed remained between 20-50 mg/m^(3).After a long-term operation of more than about 3 a,the NO_(x) exit mass concentration remained below 50 mg/m^(3),the ammonia escape value remained below 2.5μL/L stably.
