乙烯装置裂解炉运行问题分析及对策

摘要 针对中国石油吉林石化公司乙烯装置乙烯产品CO_(2)超标、裂解炉炉管堵塞的问题,进行了原因分析,并提出应对措施。结果表明:裂解原料和稀释蒸汽中携带的钠离子、硫离子与裂解过程中生成的CO_(2)反应,生成硫化钠和碳酸钠,在高温烧结析出后形成垢层,堵塞了裂解炉炉管,进一步引起裂解原料与稀释蒸汽发生水煤气反应产生过量CO_(2),导致乙烯产品CO_(2)超标;采取用高压水清洗、接临时管线用锅炉给水冲洗裂解炉炉管中积盐的措施,同时,严格控制裂解原料总含硫量在80~100μg/g,优化结焦抑制剂预硫化步骤和时间,控制稀释蒸汽钠离子指标在2.0 mg/L以下,可解决乙烯产品CO_(2)超标问题。 The causes of excessive CO_(2) concentration in ethylene products and tube blockage in pyrolysis furnaces of ethylene plant were investigated at Jilin Petrochemical Company of PetroChina,and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The results showed that cracking feedstocks and the sodium and sulfur ions carried in dilution steam reacted with CO_(2) generated during pyrolysis,forming sodium sulfide and sodium carbonate.These compounds were deposited at high temperatures,forming scale layer that obstructed radiant tubes.The blockage subsequently promoted water-gas shift reaction between cracking feedstocks and dilution steam,leading to CO_(2) over concentration in ethylene products.Effective measures included implementing high-pressure water jetting and temporary boiler feedwater flushing pipelines for sodium salt removal,and controlling total sulfur content in feedstocks at 80-100μg/g,and optimizing pre-sulfidation parameters(time and procedure)for coke inhibitor and maintaining sodium ion concentration in dilution steam below 2.0 mg/L,which could solve the problems of excessive CO_(2) in ethylene product.
