摘要 随着社会在发展过程中不断的进步,乙烯工业的发展,探究裂解原料性质对相关乙烯装置运行的实际影响,基于实际问题进行探讨分析当前裂解原材料轻质化对乙烯装置的影响,并且基于这种影响探讨有效的改进工艺。在实际运行过程中根据目前乙烯装置原料发展的特性,有效进行调整,设定相应的系统管线,重新设置相关的重要管线,增设与裂解原料性质改变相关的流程,定期对相关装置进行维护更换。积极为促进乙烯装置正常运行探讨创新工艺,促进乙烯工业健康发展。 With the continuous progress of society and the development of ethylene industry,this paper explores the actual impact of cracking raw material properties on the operation of relevant ethylene plants,Based on the actual problems,this paper discusses and analyzes the influence of the current cracking raw material lightweight on the ethylene plant,and based on this influence,discusses the effective improvement process. In the actual operation process,according to the current characteristics of ethylene plant raw material development,effectively adjust,set corresponding system pipelines,reset relevant important pipelines,add processes related to the change of cracking raw material properties,and regularly maintain and replace relevant devices. In order to promote the normal operation of ethylene plant,we should explore innovative technology and promote the healthy development of ethylene industry.
