茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)是当前应用进展最快的茂金属聚合物之一,其借助单活性中心茂金属催化剂,可实现对结晶结构、相对分子量分布及共聚单体含量的精准调控,进而赋予产品优异的综合性能。综述了中国mPE市场的生产格局、供需动态、重点应用领域及核心产品牌号等;结合未来3年行业产能规划与需求预判,深入研判市场整体发展态势;基于行业数据,分析mPE产能扩张态势与产业演进方向,进而提出针对性发展建议:通过强化基础研究与关键技术突破持续降低mPE生产成本,同步提升产品质量性能指标,聚焦高端市场需求开发高附加值产品,并构建覆盖全链条的服务体系,推动国产mPE产业全面升级。
Metallocene polyethylene(mPE)is one of the metallocene polymers with the fastest application progress.By virtue of single-site metallocene catalysts,it can achieve precise control of crystal structure,relative molecular weight distribution,and comonomer content,thereby endowing the product with excellent comprehensive properties.This paper reviews the production pattern,supply and demand dynamics,key application fields,and core product grades of China’s mPE market,conducts an in-depth analysis and prediction of the overall market development trend by integrating the industry’s capacity planning and demand forecast for the next three years,analyzes the capacity expansion trend and industrial evolution direction of mPE based on industry data,and puts forward targeted development suggestions.It is recommended to continuously reduce the production cost of mPE by strengthening basic research and achieving breakthroughs in key technologies,simultaneously improve the product quality and performance,focus on the highend market demand to develop high-value-added products,and establish a full-chain service system to drive the comprehensive upgrading of the domestic mPE industry.
