熔硫过程是硫黄制酸装置安全生产管控中的重要一环,本文分析了熔硫过程中的安全生产风险因素,介绍了硫黄卸车、固体硫黄输送、硫黄熔化、液体硫黄过滤、精制硫黄储存等过程的安全生产管控措施,为相关企业提供借鉴。
The sulphur melting process is an important part of the safety production control of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant.This article analyzes the safety production risk factors in the sulphur melting process and introduces safety production control measures for processes such as sulphur unloading,solid sulphur transportation,sulphur melting,liquid sulphur filtration,and refined sulphur storage,providing reference for relevant enterprises.
