摘要
对进口固体硫磺中所存在的游离酸、烃类、灰分等杂质于硫酸生产的危害进行分析 ,并提出了相应的解决方法。用石灰或碳酸钠中和游离酸 ,以防止硫酸对熔硫设备的腐蚀和硫酸分解产生水蒸汽。严格控制固体硫磺中w烃类 小于 0 0 3% ,以防止烃类燃烧生成水蒸汽。固体硫磺中原有的或游离酸中和过程产生的灰分必须除去 ,采用液硫过滤的方式优于采用热气体过滤的方式。介绍了加压叶式液硫过滤器和钛管液硫过滤器。
The harm of impurities such as free acid, hydrocarbons and ash of solid raw sulphur imported from abroad to sulphuric acid production is analyzed and some solutions are provided The free acid can be neutralized by adding lime or sodium carbonate into sulphur to prevent corrosion of sulphur smelting vessel and formation of moisture due to decomposition of sulphuric acid The hydrocarbon content of solid sulphur should be seriously controlled within 0 03% to eliminate moisture from combustion of hydrocarbons The ash, original or from neutralization of free acid, must be removed Sulphur filtration is a superior option to hot gas filtration for ash removal Pressure plate filler and titanium tubular filler are introduced 〔
