摘要
云南三环中化化肥有限公司为提升大型硫黄制酸装置的自动化水平,同时达到降低能耗,提高产量的目标,在采用ABB FCS控制系统集散控制的基础上,对一期硫酸装置进行了升级改造,实施APC先进过程控制系统控制策略,实现大型硫黄制酸的精细操作和优化“卡边”控制,达到安全生产、降低劳动强度、挖潜增效的目的。
Yunnan Three Circles-Sinochem Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.has initiated a technological upgrade of its Phase I sulphuric acid production facility to enhance automation levels,and achieve energy saving and efficiency goals in its large scale sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant.Building upon the existing ABB FCS control system for distributed control,the company has implemented APC strategies.This enables refined operations and optimized edge control in sulphur-burning acid production,achieving objectives including safer production,reduced labor intensity,and unlocked potential for enhanced efficiency.
