先进控制技术在硫磺回收联合装置的应用 被引量:2

摘要 硫磺回收联合装置采用克劳斯工艺,从炼油生产过程中产生的含有硫化氢的酸性气中回收硫磺。由于酸性气进料流量及组成存在波动,各单元物料平衡和能量平衡耦合严重,常规PID控制效果不理想。为了克服上述问题,决定对装置实施先进控制系统。对硫磺回收联合装置,采用高级多变量鲁棒预测控制软件建立先进控制系统,以克服进料波动的影响,使得装置平稳率明显提高。统计数据表明,关键工艺参数的标准方差平均降低30%,减少了操作人员的劳动强度,SO2排放下降7.3%,创造了可观的经济效益以及良好的社会效益。该研究成果具有广阔的推广前景。 The sulfur recovery combined unit uses the Claus process to recover sulfur from the acid gas containing hydrogen sulfide produced in the refinery production.Due to fluctuations in the feeding flow rate and composition of the acid gas,the material balance and energy balance of each unit are severely coupled,and the conventional PID control effect is not satisfactory.In order to overcome the above problems,it is decided to implement an advanced control system for the unit.By using advanced multivariable robust predictive control software to establish an advanced control system for the sulfur recovery combined unit,which overcomes the influence of feed fluctuation and makes the stability of unit significantly improved.The statistical data show that the standard variance of key process parameters is reduced by 30% on average,which reduces the labor intensity of operators and reduces SO 2 emissions by 7.3%,this creates good economic and social benefits and offers certain promotion value.
