基于Py-GC/MS技术的二甲基硅油热解产物分析与鉴别

摘要 本研究旨在通过热裂解-气质联用技术(Py-GC/MS)对二甲基硅油的热解产物进行分析与鉴别,采用热裂解-气质联用法对二甲基硅油进行热解,利用NIST库谱对裂解产物进行检索和鉴定。最终共鉴定出8种主要组分,包括六甲基环三硅氧烷(D_(3))、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_(4))、十甲基环五硅氧烷(D_(5))、十二甲基环六硅氧烷(D_(6))等环状硅氧烷化合物,这些环状组分占总裂解产物的88.34%。研究结果表明,上述环状硅氧烷组分可作为二甲基硅油的特征鉴别标志,为二甲基硅油的快速检测与鉴定提供了可靠的方法依据。 The purpose of this paper was to analyze and identify the pyrolysis products of dimethylsilicone oil by Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(Py-GC/MS).Dimethylsilicone oil was pyrolyzed by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the pyrolysis products were retrieved and identified by NIST library spectrum.A total of 8 main components were identified in the final pyrolysis products,including Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane(D_(3)),Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D_(4)),Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane(D_(5)),Dodecylcyclohexasiloxane(D_(6))and other cyclic siloxane compounds,which accounted for 88.34% of the total pyrolysis products.The results show that the above cyclic siloxane components can be used as the characteristic identification marks of dimethylsilicone oil,and provide a reliable method basis for the rapid detection and identification of dimethylsilicone oil.
