It is simply introduced that recent advances and Application in technology of infrared spectroscopy, such as Diffuse reflectance, Attenuated total reflection (ATR), Coupled ( or hyphenated) techniques, Subtractive spectroscopy, Data compression, IR spectrum databases and the databases transmitted on Internet ect.
