摘要 为了提升近红外光谱法在纺织品纤维定量分析过程中的准确性,分析了影响建模和测试的4个参数点,包括采样点的确定、测试样品折叠厚度的确定、异常谱图的识别、异常测试结果的判定,得出4个参数点的确定要求:需要对待测样品正、反两面的4个不同采样点进行扫描;折叠层数应至少4层以上;在建模过程中,需要关注异常谱图的识别;在对比近红外光谱法与常规方法测试结果的差异时,当纤维含量≤10%时,允差为±1.5%;纤维含量>10%时,允差为±2.5%。 In order to improve the accuracy of NIR in the quantitative analysis of textile fibers,several parameters affecting modeling and testing were analyzed,including the determination of sampling points,the determination of folded thickness of test samples,the recognition of abnormal spectra,and the determination of abnormal test results,and the determination of four parameters in the quantitative analysis of textile fibers by NIR spectroscopy was obtained.Four different sampling points on the front and back sides of the test sample need to be scanned.The number of folded layers should be at least 4 layers.In the process of modeling,it is necessary to pay attention to the recognition of anomaly spectra.When comparing the test results of NIR spectroscopy and conventional methods,the tolerance is±1.5%when the fiber content is less than 10%.When the fiber content is greater than ten percent,the tolerance is±2.5%.
