摘要
本文系统介绍了近红外光谱法在纤维检验中的应用及其发展前景。该技术基于物质分子对近红外光的吸收或散射特性,能够实现纤维成分的定性与定量分析、品质检测。相较于传统检测方法,近红外光谱法具有快速、高效、无损、无须复杂预处理等显著优势,可广泛应用于天然纤维与化学纤维的鉴别、混纺比例测定及纤维性能评估。本文介绍了该技术当前的应用案例,如棉/聚酯混纺织物含量检测、羊毛品质分析及古代纺织品文物材质鉴定,并指出未来发展方向:结合人工智能与大数据优化模型精度,开发便携式设备以满足现场检测需求,以及多技术联用提升分析能力。近红外光谱法在提升纤维检测效率、精准度和智能化水平方面潜力巨大,为纺织行业质量控制与标准化提供了重要技术支持。
The micronaire value This article systematically introduces the application and development prospects of near-infrared spectroscopy in fiber testing.Based on the absorption or scattering characteristics of matter molecules to near-infrared light,this technology can achieve qualitative and quantitative analysis of fiber components and quality detection.Compared with traditional detection methods,near-infrared spectroscopy has significant advantages such as rapidity,high efficiency,non-destructiveness,and no need for complex pretreatment.It can be widely used in the identification of natural and chemical fibers,the determination of blending ratios,and the evaluation of fiber properties.This article presents current application cases of this technology,such as the content detection of cotton/polyester blended fabrics,the quality analysis of wool,and the material identification of ancient textile cultural relics.It also points out the future development directions:optimizing the model accuracy by combining artificial intelligence and big data,developing portable devices to meet the needs of on-site detection,and integrating multiple technologies to enhance the analysis ability.Near-infrared spectroscopy has great potential in improving the efficiency,accuracy,and intelligence level of fiber testing,providing important technical support for quality control and standardization in the textile industry.
