摘要
以麦芽糊精及十二烷基糖苷为主要原材料,通过酯化反应及自由基聚合制得一种绿色环保的淀粉基保坍减水剂。通过单因素实验确定淀粉基原材料最适宜酯化条件,并制备取代度为0.0174的酯化多糖聚合物。通过水泥净浆测试研究淀粉多聚糖结构接枝不同酸酯比对净浆流动度损失的影响;对淀粉基保坍剂作用混凝土性能进行测试,结果表明淀粉基保坍减水剂可有效提升混凝土和易性、保坍性能及含气量,且对混凝土各龄期强度基本无负面影响;通过水化热测试得到结论:淀粉基保坍剂对水泥具有水化热抑制效果以及一定缓凝作用。
With maltodextrin and dodecyl glycoside as the main raw materials,a green starch-based slump agent is made by esterif ication reaction and free radical polymerization.The optimal esterif ication conditions for starch-based raw materials were determined by one-factor test,and the esterif ied polysaccharide polymer with a substitution degree of 0.0174 was prepared.The performance of the concrete,the results show that the starch slump preservation agent can effectively improve the concrete workability,slump preservation performance and air content,and has no negative effect on the strength of all ages of concrete;the starch slump preservation agent has the heat inhibition effect of hydration and coagulation effect on cement.
