摘要
采用接枝改性的方法,制备出淀粉—丙烯酸接枝共聚物。以接枝效果为综合考察指标,经正交试验得到淀粉接枝物合成的最佳工艺条件为:淀粉与丙烯酸的质量比为1∶1,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为1.5h,硝酸铈铵浓度为11mmol/L。对制品进行红外光谱和X衍射等表征方式分析发现,接枝后的淀粉结晶度减小,吸水率升高。
A novel grafting copotymer was synthesized by reacting crylic acid (AA) as monomers with corn starch in the presence of the initiator combined with nitrate cerium ammonium-Ammonium persulfate. The monomer proportion, initiator amount, reaction time and temperature were used as the factors, the production stability, grafting ratio, grafting efficiency as the examine target, the optimised synthetic conditions results from the orthogonal design were that St/AA=1/1, reaction time was 1.5 hours and the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ , CAN amount was 11 mmol/L. At the same time, grafting ratio, grafting efficiency, monomer conversion ratios 167.4%, 94.71% and 98.90% in respective. The results of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) check showed that acrylic acid have grafted into the base of starch successfully. It was found that crystalhnity decreased while water absorption increased after the starch is grafted with crylic acid.
