摘要
为配置施工用的高性能混凝土,本文以减水剂种类及掺量作为变量,通过坍落度试验、抗渗实验和抗压实验确定最优减水剂种类及掺量。结果表明:在相同掺量的情况下,掺入聚羧酸减水剂的混凝土工作性能要优于奈系减水剂混凝土。随着减水剂掺量比例增加,混凝土的坍落度也增加、电通量在不断减小、抗压强度在不断提高,甚至可以提高一个混凝土强度等级,因此建议添加0.3%的聚羧酸减水剂或者0.4%的奈系减水剂。
In order to configure high performance concrete for construction,this paper takes the type and dosage of water reducing agent as variables,and determines the optimal type and dosage of water reducing agent through slump test,impermeability test and compression test.The results show that under the same dosage,the working per⁃formance of concrete mixed with polycarboxylate superplasticizer is better than that of concrete with nai series su⁃perplasticizer.With the increase of the proportion of water reducing agent,the slump of concrete increases,the elec⁃tric flux decreases,the compressive strength increases,and even the strength grade of concrete can be improved.Therefore,it is suggested to add 0.3%polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent or 0.4%nai water reducing agent.
