摘要
随着近零能耗建筑技术向精细化场景应用不断延伸,学校建筑因其整体规划建设特点、时段性用能特征以及对儿童热舒适的高敏感性,成为气候适应性设计体系探索的重点领域。本文以深圳和郡府幼儿园为研究对象,针对夏热冬暖地区学校建筑被动式设计导向与时段性用能特点,提出了一种“气候适应-能效提升-柔性互补”协同的近零能耗建筑技术路径。通过被动式设计优化、高效能源系统集成以及光储直柔微电网配置,实现该项目综合节能率达到98%、可再生能源利用率达到91%。本文为夏热冬暖地区学校建筑兼顾低碳目标与儿童健康需求提供了具有可复制性的技术框架,以期为该类项目的建设提供有益参考。
With the continuous expansion of the application of nearly zero energy building(NZEB)technology toward refined scenarios,school buildings have become a key focus in the exploration of climate-adaptive design systems due to their holistic planning and construction characteristics,time-phased energy use patterns,and high sensitivity to children’s thermal comfort.This paper takes Hejunfu Kindergarten in Shenzhen City as case study,explores the passive design orientation and time-phased energy use characteristics of school buildings in hot summer and warm winter region,and proposes a synergistic NZEB technology path of“climate adaptation,energy efficiency improvement,and flexible complementarity.”Through the optimization of passive designs,the integration of high-efficiency energy system,and the configuration of a photovoltaic-storage-direct-flexible(PVSDF)microgrid,the project achieves comprehensive energy-saving rate of 98%and renewable energy utilization rate of 91%.This paper provides a replicable technical framework for school buildings in hot-summer and warm-winter region to balance low-carbon goals and children’s health needs,aiming to offer valuable references for the construction of similar projects.
