摘要
本文以广东省某办公楼为研究对象,探索办公建筑达到零碳建筑目标的技术措施,形成零碳建筑实现的技术路径,首先选择被动式技术降低建筑供冷供暖需求,其次采用主动节能技术,降低建筑运行阶段的能源消耗,再最大化利用屋面空间布置光伏组件,抵扣建筑部分用能,剩余建筑碳排放,可购买绿色电力抵扣,使得建筑的净碳排放量不大于零。
Taking a certain office building in Guangdong Province as the research object,this study explores the technical measures to achieve the zero-carbon building goal for office buildings,forming a technical path to realize zero-carbon buildings.Firstly,passive technologies are selected to reduce the building’s cooling and heating demands.Secondly,active energy-saving technologies are adopted to reduce energy consumption during the building’s operational phase.Thirdly,the roof space is maximized to install photovoltaic components to offset part of the building’s energy consumption.For the remaining building carbon emissions,green electricity can be purchased to offset them,ensuring that the net carbon emissions of the building do not exceed zero.
