摘要
超低能耗建筑是住房建设的重要发展方向。文章以国家发布的近零能耗建筑技术标准为基础,对比研究安徽省和合肥地区超低能耗建筑设计相关标准,结合超低能耗居住建筑气候适应性设计和性能化设计,深入探索了适用于该地区的超低能耗居住建筑技术路径,并通过实际工程措施验证,旨在为合肥地区超低能耗居住建筑设计提供有价值的参考。
Ultra-low energy consumption buildings are an important development direction for housing construction.Based on the near-zero energy consumption building technical standards issued by the state,this paper conducts a comparative study of the relevant design standards for ultralow energy consumption buildings in Anhui Province and Hefei area.Combining ultra-low energy consumption residential building climate-adaptive design and performance-based design,it explores the applicable technical path for ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings,and verifies it through actual engineering measures,aiming to provide valuable references for the design of ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings in Hefei Area.
