摘要
研究旨在探究在基础日粮中添加酶解归芪益母汤颗粒对育肥猪生长性能、免疫性能的影响。选取体重约90.00 kg的54头育肥猪,选取体重约90.00 kg的54头育肥猪,随机分为3组,对照组(CK组)饲喂基础日粮、传统煎煮归芪益母汤颗粒组(D-GQ组)在日粮中添加1%煎煮归芪益母汤颗粒组、酶解归芪益母汤颗粒组(E-DQ组)在日粮中添加1%酶解归芪益母汤颗粒,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪,试验共进行35 d。饲喂试验结束后,测定各组别猪的平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G);采集各组猪前腔静脉血液,分离血清,检测免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量;对各个试验组猪多个组织进行切片,经苏木精-伊红染色后进行镜检。结果表明,与CK组和D-GQ组相比,E-GQ组育肥猪试验末重、ADG显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著下降(P<0.05);与CK组和D-GQ组相比,E-GQ组育肥猪血清IgA、IgG、IgM和IL-10含量显著提高(P<0.05),IL-6、IL-1β和TNF-α含量显著下降(P<0.05);对各个组育肥猪多个组织进行切片,经苏木精-伊红染色后镜检,发现3组间未见差异。综上所述,在育肥猪日粮中添加1%的酶解归芪益母汤颗粒能显著提高生长性能,增强机体免疫功能,且表现出优于传统煎煮工艺的效果,同时对机体组织无可见不良影响。研究为功能性饲料添加剂酶解归芪益母汤颗粒的开发与应用,提供了相关理论依据。
This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding enzymatically hydrolyzed Guiqi Yimu decoction granules to the basal diet on the growth performance and immune function of finishing pigs.A total of 54 finishing pigs weighing approximately 90.00 kg were randomly allocated into three groups.The control group(CK group)was fed a basal diet.The traditional decocted Guiqi Yimu Tang granule group(D-GQ)received the basal diet supplemented with 1%of the granules prepared by decoction.The enzymatic hydrolysis Guiqi Yimu Tang granule group(E-DQ)received the basal diet supplemented with 1%of the granules prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis.Each group comprised three replicates with six pigs per replicate.The experiment lasted for 35 days.After the feeding trial,the average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI),and feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)were measured for each group.Blood was collected from the anterior vena cava of pigs in each group;serum was separated,and the concentrations of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were determined.Tissue sections from various organs of pigs in each experimental group were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and examined under a microscope.The results showed that as the follows:compared with the CK and the D-GQ groups,final body weight and the ADG were significantly increased(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly decreased in the E-GQ group(P<0.05).Compared with the CK and D-GQ groups,the E-GQ group showed significantly higher serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and IL-10(P<0.05),and significantly lower levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-α(P<0.05).There were no differences of histopathological examination of multiple tissues among the three groups.In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 1%E-GQ significantly improved the growth performance and enhanced immune function in finishing pigs,demonstrating superior effects compared to the traditional decoction process.There were no observable adverse effects on tissues by the E-GQ supplementation.This study provided a theoretical basis for the development and application of enzymatically hydrolyzed Guiqi Yimu decoction granules as a functional feed additive.
