典型案例情境式教学对感染科实习护士临床思维能力、出科考试成绩及教学满意度的影响

The impact of typical case scenario based teaching on the clinical thinking ability,exit exam scores,and teaching satisfaction of infectious disease intern nurses

摘要 目的目的探究典型案例情境式教学对感染科实习护士临床思维能力、出科考试成绩及教学满意度的影响。方法方法选取本院2022年5月-2024年4月入感染科的实习护士78例,按照不同入科时间分为对照组(2022年5月-2023年4月)和研究组(2023年5月-2024年4月),每组各39名。对照组给予常规教学,研究组给予典型案例情境式教学模式,干预第28天,比较两组临床思维能力、出科考试成绩及教学满意度。结果结果干预第28天,研究组临床思维能力优于对照组(P<0.05);干预第28天,研究组理论知识和实践能力成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);干预第28天,研究组教学满意度为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05)。结论结论典型案例情境式教学能够提升感染科实习护士的临床思维能力、出科考试成绩以及教学满意度,教学效果显著。 Objective To explore the impact of typical case scenario based teaching on the clinical thinking ability,exit exam scores,and teaching satisfaction of infectious disease intern nurses.Methods 78 intern nurses who joined the Infectious Diseases Department of our hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(May 2022 to April 2023)and a study group(May 2023 to April 2024)according to different admission times,with 39 nurses in each group.The control group received routine teaching,while the study group received typical case scenario based teaching mode.On the 28th day of intervention,the clinical thinking ability,exit exam scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results On the 28th day of intervention,the clinical thinking ability of the study group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05);on the 28th day of intervention,the theoretical knowledge and practical ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);on the 28th day of intervention,the teaching satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.87%higher than that of the control group 76.92%(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational teaching based on typical cases can improve the clinical thinking ability,exam scores,and teaching satisfaction of infectious disease intern nurses,and the teaching effect is significant.
