摘要
目的分析案例教学法在感染科护生带教中的效果观察及满意度。方法在该院感染科室中选取2018年4月—2019年4月共120名实习护生作为此次研究对象,以电脑随机法分为对照组和实验组。对照组感染科护生采用常规教学方法,实验组感染科护生采取案例教学法。比较两组感染科护生的考核成绩和感染科护生对教学方法的满意度。结果实验组感染科实习护生的各项考核成绩都高于对照组感染科实习护生的考核成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组感染科实习护生的满意度高于对照组感染科实习护生满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在感染科科室中采用案例教学法对实习护生进行教学,可以提高实习护生的考核成绩和相应技能,提高实习护生对教学方式的满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect observation and satisfaction of case teaching method in the teaching of nursing students in the department of infection.Methods A total of 120 interns from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected from the infection department of the hospital as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided,namely the control group and the experimental group.Nursing students in the infection department of the control group adopted conventional teaching methods,while those in the experimental group adopted case teaching methods.Compare the assessment results of the two groups of infection department nurses and their satisfaction with the teaching methods.Results The evaluation scores of the intern nurses in the infection department of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the intern nurses in the infection department of the experimental group was higher than the satisfaction of the intern nurses in the infection department of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using case teaching method to teach interns in the Department of Infectious Diseases can improve the assessment results and corresponding skills of interns,and increase the satisfaction of interns with teaching methods.
