“在地化”实践:新西兰可持续发展教育的历程、逻辑与趋向 被引量:2

摘要 新西兰是全球较早提倡并积极发展环境教育的国家,也是首个将可持续思想明确作为基本法律原则的国家。其成熟的可持续发展教育经验为我国提供了重要的参考价值。回顾历史,新西兰的可持续发展教育经历了四个主要阶段:以户外营地活动为载体的环境教育孕育时期;制度化、标准化、多元化的环境教育完善时期;指向全领域发展和全民素养提升的可持续发展教育确立时期;以国家教育战略为引领的可持续发展教育深化落实时期。新西兰可持续发展教育整体呈现出“在地化”特征:教育地位契合国家政治经济需求,教育理念深度融合了传统文化,实践推广由多元主体协同推进,活动开展充分利用地方性资源。展望未来,新西兰将以培养未来公民为目标,大力发展气候变化教育,广泛开设可持续发展教育地方课程。 New Zealand is one of the countries that advocate and promote environmental education very early,and also the first country to explicitly incorporate sustainable development principles into its basic legal framework.Its mature experience in education for sustainable development provides valuable reference for our country.New Zealand's education for sustainable development has gone through four main stages:the gestation period of environmental education through outdoor camps;the period of standardization,diversification,and improvement of environmental education;the period of establishing education for sustainable development aimed at comprehensive development and universal literacy;and the period of deepening and implementing education for sustainable development guided by national education strategies.The overall development of New Zealand's education for sustainable development shows a localized feature:the educational status is consistent with the political and economic needs of the country,the educational concept is deeply integrated with traditional culture,the practical promotion is jointly promoted by diverse stakeholders,and the activities are carried out by fully utilizing local resources.Looking to the future,New Zealand will aim to cultivate future citizens by developing climate change education and widely offering local education for sustainable development courses.
