摘要
设计甘蔗渣、玉米秸秆及水稻秸秆3个处理,采用羊粪与不同秸秆按1∶1混合作为蚯蚓养殖基料,研究不同秸秆作配料与羊粪混合的基料养殖蚯蚓对蚯蚓生长繁殖、物料转化及蚯蚓粪理化性质的影响。结果表明,采用羊粪与甘蔗渣1∶1混合养殖蚯蚓,不仅可以促进蚯蚓的体长和体重增加,还能够显著提高了蚯蚓的繁殖数量,基料转化为蚯蚓粪用时最短,蚯蚓粪产量和产出率最高。相比之下,玉米秸秆和水稻秸秆虽对蚯蚓生长亦有促进作用,但由于其较为坚硬和密实,基料的转化速度较慢,且蚯蚓的生长和繁殖略逊于甘蔗渣混合基料。因此,甘蔗渣作为秸秆配料,与羊粪混合后在蚯蚓养殖中表现更为优越。研究结果为优化蚯蚓养殖基料的配方提供了理论依据,促进了废弃物资源化利用及农业可持续发展。
Three treatments of bagasse,corn straw and rice straw were designed,and sheep manure and different stalks were mixed at 1:1 as the base material for vermiculture,the effects of different stalks as ingredients and sheep manure as the base material for vermiculture on the growth and propagation of earthworm,material transformation and physical and chemical properties of earthworm manure were studied.The results showed that the 1:1 mixture of sheep manure and ba-gasse not only promoted the increase of body length and weight of earthworms,but also significantly increased the num-ber of earthworms reproducing,and the conversion of the substrate into vermicompost took the shortest time,with the highest production and yield of vermicompost.In contrast,although corn stover and rice straw could also promote the growth of earthworms,the conversion of substrate was slower due to their hardness and denseness,and the growth and reproduction of earthworms were slightly inferior to that of bagasse mixed substrate.Therefore,bagasse as a straw ingre-dient,mixed with sheep manure performed better in vermiculture.The results of the study provide a theoretical basis for optimising the formulation of vermiculture substrates,which promotes the resourceful use of waste and the sustainable de-velopment of agriculture.
