摘要
【目的】研究甘蔗叶、香蕉秆、木薯秆和稻草水稻与牛粪混合发酵技术,以及采用混合发酵料繁殖和生产蚯蚓的技术,为充分利用广西特色作物秸秆提供理论依据。【方法】把甘蔗叶、香蕉秆、木薯秆和稻草分别与牛粪混合,分别添加0%、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%的EM进行发酵,然后用发酵料繁殖和生产蚯蚓。【结果】添加0.3~0.5%的高效微生物制剂EM,可以缩短腐熟时间。混合发酵料繁殖蚯蚓,孵化率分别达到85.36%、76.87%、85.79%、95.09%。混合发酵料生产蚯蚓,3个月可以增重7倍左右,料肉比分别为9.98∶1、10.99∶1、9.32∶1、8.77∶1;料粪比分别为2.33∶1、3.67∶1、2.34∶1、2.34∶1。【结论】利用甘蔗叶、香蕉秆、木薯秆和稻草养殖蚯蚓是可行的。
[ Objective] It aims to provide theoretical basis for making full use of straw of characteristic crops in Guangxi, based on two technologies （mixed fermentation technology of cow dung mingled respectively with sugarcane leaves, banana stalks, cassava stalks, and rice straw ; technology of earthworm propagation and production utilizing the mixed fermented materials. ） [ Method ] Sugarcane leaves, banana stalks, cassava stalks and rice straw are respectively mixed with cow dung and fermented with 0%,0. 1%, 0. 3% ,0. 5% ,0. 7% and 0. 9% of Effective Micro-organisms （ EM）, respectively. And then earthworms are propagated and produced with those fermented materials. [ Result ] Result shows decomposing time can be shortened when 0. 3 - 0. 5% EM are added. In earthworm＇s propagation trial, hatching rates with the above four mixed fermented materials reach 85.36%, 76.87%, 85.79%, 95.09%, respectively. In earthworm＇s production trail, earthworm can gain about seven times the original weights in three months, with feed conversion ratios of those mixed fermented materials to increased weight are 9.98 ： 1,10. 99 ： 1,9. 32 ： 1,8.77 ： 1 ,respectively;the ratios of mixed fermented material to dung are 2. 33 ： 1,3.67 ： 1, 2.34 ： 1,2. 34 ： 1, respectively. [ Conclusion ] It is feasible to use sugarcane leaves, banana stems, cassava stalks, and rice straw for earthworm breeding.
