摘要
以牛粪和木屑作为蚯蚓饵料,观察和比较不同温度、湿度、pH值对赤子爱胜蚓生长和产卵的影响。结果表明,23～25℃最适宜其繁殖,在略低的温度(18℃)下,个体增重较快;相对湿度65％～70％,为其生长,繁殖的最佳范围;pH值6～9是繁殖适宜范围,而在pH值8～9生长较快,同时证明盐度增高对蚯蚓有危害作用。
The earthworm was fed cow dung and sow dust, to study the effects of different temperature, moisture and pH value on the growth and reproduction. The results showed that 23～25℃ , 65% ～ 70% (crelative humidity) and pH 6～9 were most suitable to the earthworm reproduction, and the individual weight gained faster at 18℃ , 65% ～ 70% and pH8～9. The salt was proved to be harmful to the earthworm.
