摘要
针对光伏电站设备运维中的误操作与带电间隔安全管理问题,研究提出了一种无源智能锁技术解决方案。采用动态密码与双人授权机制,结合机械电子双重防盗设计,实现远程授权及操作追溯。锁具防护等级为IP58,耐温范围为-40℃至80℃,适配百万级光伏基地的需求。宁夏宁东200万千瓦光伏基地的应用表明,系统通过工作票与操作票的联动,误操作率降低了98%,应急响应时间缩短至15分钟以内。该技术提升了运维安全与效率,为新能源场站的智能化管理提供了技术路径。
The study proposes a passive intelligent lock technology solution to address the issues of misoperation and live interval safety management in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power station equipment.By using dynamic passwords and a two person authorization mechanism,combined with mechanical and electronic dual anti-theft design,remote authorization and operation traceability can be achieved.The lock has a protection level of IP58 and a temperature resistance range of-40℃to 80℃,suitable for the needs of millions of photovoltaic bases.The application of the 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic base in Ningdong,Ningxia shows that through the linkage of work tickets and operation tickets,the misoperation rate has been reduced by 98%,and the emergency response time has been shortened to within 15 minutes.This technology enhances operational safety and efficiency,providing a technological path for intelligent management of new energy stations.
