摘要
人口老龄化日益严峻,且存在医疗卫生和养老服务分离等问题,其影响我国健康养老的推进。文章提出将“医-康-养-健”(医疗卫生、康复护理、养老服务和健康管理)融合服务延伸社区居家老年人;介绍了“医-康-养-健”服务主体、服务内容和服务对象及其关系;发现“医-康-养-健”多元融合服务存在管理体制不协调、信息沟通不顺畅和资源分配不均匀等问题;从政府统筹、社区联动和家庭支持三个方面提出建议,以期为推动“医-康-养-健”多元融合服务延伸社区居家老人发展提供参考。
The aging of the population is becoming more and more serious in China,and there are problems such as the separation of medical care from elderly care service,which affect the promotion of healthy aging in China.This paper proposes to deliver the integrated services such as"medical care-rehabilitation nursing-elderly care-health management"to the elderly at home in communities.It introduces the service subject,service content,service object and their mutual relationship in the service of"medical care-rehabilitation nursing-elderly care-health management",points out the problems of uncoordinated management system,ineffective information communication and uneven resource allocation,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of government planning,community coordination and family support,so as to provide reference for promoting the multi-integration service for the elderly at home in communities.
