摘要
科研诚信是科学探索的基石,数智时代更应加强科研诚信和出版伦理建设。科研诚信与出版伦理在目标设定、互为支撑、内容交叉以及动态协同发展等维度联系紧密。数智时代科研诚信及出版伦理面临的困境,诸如法规政策适配滞后、行业自律与监管存在漏洞、学术评价体系严重扭曲、道德教育严重缺位等状况。应构建多主体协同治理机制,涵盖制定针对性政策、完善行业监督体系、规范学术评价体系建设等举措,以此有效应对新挑战,护航科研与出版的健康发展。
Research integrity is the cornerstone of scientific exploration,and the construction of scientific research integrity and publishing ethics should be strengthened in the era of digital intelligence.Research integrity and publication ethics are closely related in the dimensions of goal setting,mutual support,content intersection and dynamic collaborative development.The dilemma faced by research integrity and publishing ethics in the era of digital intelligence,such as the lag of regulatory and policy adaptation,loopholes in industry self-discipline and supervision,serious distortion of academic evaluation system,and serious absence of moral education.A multiagent collaborative governance mechanism should be constructed,covering the formulation of targeted policies,improving the industry supervision system,and standardizing the construction of the academic evaluation system,so as to effectively respond to new challenges and escort the healthy development of scientific research and publication.
