摘要
学风营造与学术规范建设在研究生教育过程中具有十分重要的意义。本文归纳了研究生在学术科研过程中容易发生的不端行为类型，分析了不端行为产生的主要原因，提出研究生学风与学术规范建设是一项长期工作，需要各方面齐抓共管，要从教育与培训、规范体系建设、制度完善与执行、管理、学术评价机制等层面加强研究生学风与学术规范建设。
Constructing of academic atmosphere and academic standards is very important in graduate edu- cation. This paper summarizes types of academic misconducts occurred in graduate students, analyses the main causes of academic misconducts. We think that the construction of academic atmosphere and academic standards is a long-term work, which needs to carry out on a series of aspects, such as education and train- ing, system perfecting and executing, academic norm system building, management, academic evaluation mechanism.
