摘要
在中厚板精整剪切线中,夹送辊装置广泛应用于线工艺各重要节点处,用以实现钢板的稳定进给,对大型剪切设备的钢板切口质量和剪切精度影响显著。随着生产工艺要求的提高,对夹送辊装置的结构优化设计并进行可靠性分析具有重要的经济和技术价值。在此背景下,对夹送辊装置工况进行计算校核并采用有限元仿真分析方法,得出夹紧液压缸工作压力和钢板厚度关系的规律。经生产实际验证,该结果能够解决钢板在夹送过程中容易出现的打滑、跑偏及夹送辊辊面开裂等常见问题,对设备的操作和保养具有重要的参考意义。
In the precision cutting line of medium and thick plates,the pinch roller device is widely used at important nodes of the line equipment to achieve stable feeding of steel plates,which has a significant impact on the cutting accuracy and quality of large shearing machines.With the improvement of production process requirements,optimizing the structure design of the pinch roller device and conducting reliability analysis has important economic and technical value.In this context,the working conditions of the clamping roller device were calculated and verified,and the finite element simulation analysis method was used to obtain the relationship between the working pressure of the clamping hydraulic cylinder and the thickness of the steel plate.The results were verified by practical production to solve common problems such as slipping,deviation,and cracking of the clamping roller surface that are prone to occur during the clamping process of the steel plate.This has important reference significance for the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
