摘要
针对几种常见的钢板跑偏问题,利用把结构简化为二维杆系的方法对夹送辊的受力及变形进行了系统的分析,提出了相应的计算模型。模拟计算了夹送辊的挠度,其结果与理论值比较吻合。
The miniature distortion of the pinch rolls in the rolling shearer under working condition is analyzed theoretically.The force degree and deformation of pinch rolls are analyzed with the method of simplifiying the structure to two-dimensional trussing to elimnate the phenomena of steel strip deviation.The cooresponding computing model is proposed.The digital simulation verification for deformation of the pinch rolls was conducted after analysis for main factors of steel strip deviation.It provides a theoretical base for pinch roll analysis and design.
