摘要
针对钢板剪切机夹送辊装置常出现跑偏和精度的问题,该文通过夹送辊几何偏差中的辊径差对夹送辊的跑偏机理进行分析研究,采用现代数值理论方法推导了入/出口夹送辊单独送板及入、出口夹送辊共同送板时辊径差对跑偏的影响,采用有限元软件ANSYS的LS-DYNA模块进行整个夹送过程的数值模拟,用MATLAB软件进行图形可视化和数据分析,最终得出的理论计算和模拟结果相符。该方法可为生产实践提供一定的技术支持。
The deviation mechanism of the pinch roller is analyzed on the basis of the roll diameter deviation of the pinch roller in shearing machine. The influence of the roll diameter deviation on the deviation while the pinch rollers are separately pinching a steel plate at inlet/outlet and the pinch rollers are jointly pinching a steel plate at inlet/outlet is derived by means of the modern numerical theoretical analysis methods. The pinch process was numerically simulated with LS-DYNA module of the finite element software Ansys. The graphical visualization and data analysis were done by using the software Matlab. A conclusion that the theoretical calcu- lated results tally with simulation results is offered in this paper. Therefore, the analysis method used in this ar- ticle can provide technical support for the production practice.
