摘要
加强和改进高校党的建设,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的根本保证,高校治理现代化是推动职业教育高质量发展的关键环节。为此,深入剖析了高质量党的建设于高等职业院校治理现代化的重要作用,并从理论和实践层面探讨了高质量党建引领高等职业院校治理现代化面临的问题,进而有针对性地提出,要深化对高质量党建引领治理现代化的认识,完善高质量党建引领治理现代化体系、制度和标准建设,并提升高质量党建引领治理现代化队伍的能力,从而充分发挥高质量党建引领高等职业院校治理现代化的效能。
Strengthening and enhancing Party building in higher education institutions stands as the cornerstone for establishing and operating socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.Additionally,the modernization of university governance plays a pivotal role in propelling the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the crucial role that high-quality Party building plays in advancing the governance modernization of higher vocational colleges.It further explores the challenges encountered in the process of high-quality Party building guiding governance modernization from both theoretical and practical dimensions.Subsequently,it proposes targeted strategies:deepening the comprehension of high-quality Party building’s guiding role in governance modernization;refining the systems,standards,and construction frameworks for high quality Party building guiding governance modernization;and enhancing the capabilities of the teams responsible for implementing governance modernization under the guidance of high-quality Party building.These measures aim to fully leverage the effectiveness of high-quality Party building in steering the governance modernization of higher vocational olleges.
