摘要
以党建为引领推进大学治理现代化是我国高等教育独特的政治优势,从历史视角看,我们可以把党建推进大学治理分为曲折探索、规范发展、引领发展三个阶段。当前,党建引领下的大学治理在强化主体结构稳定、明晰主体责任、牢固关键环节和健全制度保障等方面还存在诸多不足,影响着党建引领大学治理的充分实现。系统推进党建引领大学治理,实现治理体系和治理能力现代化,需要完善党建引领大学治理的主体结构、明确党建引领大学治理的主体责任、筑牢党建引领大学治理的重点环节和健全党建引领大学治理的制度保障。
Promoting the modernization of university governance under the guidance of Party construction is a unique political advantage of China’s higher education.From a historical perspective,we can divide the promotion of university governance by Party construction into three stages:tortuous exploration,standardized development and leading development.At present,university governance under the guidance of Party construction still has many deficiencies in strengthening the stability of the main structure,clarifying the main responsibilities,strengthening the key links and improving the system guarantee,which affects the full realization of university governance led by Party construction.To systematically promote party construction leading university governance and realize the modernization of governance system and governance ability,we need to improve the main structure of Party construction leading university governance,clarify the main responsibilities of Party construction leading university governance,strengthen the key links of Party construction leading university governance and improve the institutional guarantee of Party construction leading university governance.
