摘要
王健临床上应用针灸疗法治疗妇科病多年,治疗卵巢储备功能减退一病,从脏腑、经络理论出发,认为本病病在真阴不足,脾虚生化乏源,经脉瘀阻,气血无以充养,结合针灸疗法特点,强调补虚、祛瘀并重,以调经促孕针法加减配合暖宫灸、八髎灸治疗,以补益脾肾,温通经脉为主,注意疏导情志、调节饮食以使体质改善、身心得宜。
Professor Wang Jian has clinically applied acupuncture therapy to treating gynecological diseases for many years.She treats diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)based on the theories of zang-fu and meridians,believing that the disease is due to kidney-yin insufficiency,spleen deficiency,and meridian stasis,resulting in that qi and blood cannot be replenished and nourished.Giving full play to the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,she emphasizes the equal importance of treating a deficiency syndrome with tonifying methods and removing stasis,modifying flexibly acupuncture manipulations for regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy in combination with warming uterus moxibustion and Baliao moxibustion.She treats DOR mainly by nourishing the spleen and kidneys,warming and activating meridians,paying attention to soothing emotions,adjusting diet to improve physical wellbeing of patients,and ultimately to improve their physical and mental fitness.
