摘要
吴淞教授认为“风邪”为荨麻疹主要致病因素。从局部辨证,“风邪外袭”为荨麻疹基本证型;从整体辨证,荨麻疹常见证型分为卫外不固、胃肠湿热、肝郁不舒、冲任失调、气血两虚。故荨麻疹以“祛风”为主要治疗原则,配合益气固表、通腑泄热、疏肝理气、调摄冲任、调补气血。辨证与辨病相结合,配合以治病为主的现代中医方剂“过敏煎”及虫类搜风药,中西医结合,扬长避短,并调护相佐,注重心理疏导,提高疗效。附典型病案一则以佐证。
Professor Wu Song thinks“wind pathogen”is the main pathogenic factor of urticaria.From the aspect of local syndrome differentiation,“the exogenous wind”is basic syndrome type of urticaria.From the holistic viewpoints,common types of urticaria include exterior asthenia,gastrointestinal dampness-heat,depression and stagnation of liver qi,disorder of Chong and Ren channels,deficiency of both qi and blood.As the main therapeutic principles,“dispelling the wind”could be cooperated with replenishing qi and consolidating exterior,removing heat from the bowels,soothing the liver and regulating qi,adjusting and controlling Chong and Ren,regulating qi and blood.Combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,prescribed with modified famous traditional Chinese medicine formula“Guomin decoction”,which giving the priority to cure the disease and applied with insect drugs in order to search the wind,combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,promoting strengths and avoiding weaknesses,and caring each other,pay attention to psychological counseling,improve curative effect.A typical case was attached.
