摘要
目的运用过敏煎合苍耳子散加减治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)患儿,并观察临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院儿科收治的80例AR患儿,将其分为两组。对照组40例,采取西药孟鲁司特治疗;观察组40例,采取过敏煎合苍耳子散加减治疗。对比两组患者的症状积分、临床疗效、生活质量和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的症状积分、生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组的治疗总有效率87.50%(35/40)高于对照组的65.00%(26/40),不良反应发生率5.00%(2/40)低于对照组的20.00%(8/40)(P<0.05)。结论过敏煎合苍耳子散加减能够显著改善AR患儿症状,提高患儿生活质量,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guomin decoction and Cangerzi powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)in children.Methods A total of 80 children with AR admitted to Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group of 40 cases was treated with Montelukast.The observation group of 40 cases was treated with Guomin decoction and Cangerzi powder.The symptom scores,clinical effect,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom score and quality of life score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%(35/40),which was higher than that of the control group(65.00%,26/40),and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than that of the control group(20.00%,8/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Guomin decoction combined with Cangerzi powder can significantly improve the symptoms of children,improve the quality of life,has fewer adverse events,and is worthy of clinical application.
