摘要
目的:了解我院2009-2010年皮肤科门诊中成药的使用情况,分析用药趋势,指导临床合理用药。方法:对我院2009-2010年皮肤科门诊中成药的用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额、日均费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果:与2009年比较,2010年中成药的销售金额大幅度上升,DDDs排名前5位的分别是清热暗疮丸、百癣夏塔片、昆明山海棠片、五维甘草那敏胶囊、丹参酮胶囊。结论:皮肤科门诊中成药使用基本合理,总体呈明显增长趋势。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of Chinese patent medicines in dermatology outpatient of our hospital and analyze the trend of drug use, and provide guidance for rational use of drugs. METHODS： The utilization of Chinese patent medicines in dermatology outpatient of our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed statistically in terms of DDDs, consumption sum and DDC. RESULTS： Compared to 2009, the consumption sum of Chinese patent medicines showed a greatly increase in 2010; Qingre anchuang pills, Baixuan xiata pills, Kunming shanhaitang pills, Wuwei gancaonamin capsule and Tanshinone cap- sule had dominated the first five places in the list of DDDs. CONCLUSION ： The utilization of Chinese patent medicines in derma- tology outpatient of our hosoital is rational on the whole, and shows significant growth trend.
