摘要
南路边茶制作技艺传承上千年,具有重要的技艺和文化价值,是中国重要的非物质文化遗产。经过抢救性保护和生产性保护,南路边茶制作技艺的保护工作取得重大成效。借由家族传承、师徒传承、学校教育传承三大传承方式,其非遗技艺获得了可持续发展的创新力和人才支撑。立足于对非遗技艺的守正创新,通过双重命名的赋能、多重文化空间的建设、茶旅融合延伸产业链条等途径开展的传播,使得南路边茶制作技艺的社会影响力得到进一步提升,一方面传播了边茶本身独特的制作技艺以及产品,另一方面则传播了它在促进多民族交往交流交融过程中所发挥的纽带作用和文化价值。在新时代,南路边茶早已突破“边茶”的界限,其当代价值得到进一步拓展。
The craftsmanship of South Road Border Tea making has been passed down for thousands of years.It has important technical and cultural values and is an important intangible cultural heritage in China.Through rescue protection and productive protection,significant achievements have been made in the protection of the craftsmanship of South Road Border Tea making.With the three inheritance methods of family inheritance,master-apprentice inheritance,and school education inheritance,the intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship has obtained the innovative power and talent support for sustainable development.Based on the inheritance and innovation of the intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship,through the dissemination carried out by means of the empowerment of dual naming,the construction of multiple cultural spaces,and the integration of tea culture and tourism to extend the industrial chain,the social influence of the craftsmanship of South Road Border Tea making has been further enhanced.On the one hand,it spreads the unique craftsmanship and products of border tea itself.On the other hand,it spreads the bond role and cultural value it plays in promoting the exchanges and integration among multiple ethnic groups.In the new era,South Road Border Tea has long broken through the boundary of"border tea",and its contemporary value has been further expanded.
